False or Misleading Reports
SafeLane App is designed to improve road safety through community accountability. Reports submitted by users reflect personal observations and are not verified by SafeLane App.
If you believe your vehicle has been reported inaccurately, please understand:
Reports are anonymous and intended only to highlight potential safety concerns.
Upvotes and visibility on the map do not represent official determinations of fault, violations, or liability.
SafeLane App does not issue tickets, penalties, or legal action.
SafeLane App is not a replacement for law enforcement or official traffic safety programs.
User Responsibility
We encourage all users to report responsibly and truthfully. Submitting reports in bad faith β including false, misleading, or malicious submissions β is a violation of SafeLane Appβs purpose and may result in the removal of reports, account suspension, or permanent loss of access.
If You Believe a Report Is False
If you believe your vehicle has been reported inaccurately, you may dispute the report. To do so, please email SafeLaneApp@gmail.com and include:
A screenshot of the report in the app
Your email address and brief explanation of the issue
The date/time and location (city/area) of the report
Any supporting context (such as vehicle details)
SafeLane App will review your submission in good faith and may remove reports or take action against abusive users when appropriate.

SafeLane Appβs purpose is accountability, awareness, and safer roads β not harassment. Reports are meant to give drivers visibility into dangerous behaviors, not to punish or target individuals.
