Roosevelt Road is an independent creative business. You work directly with me on the idea, the production and the edit. That keeps the creative decisions connected: what we discuss at the beginning should still be visible in the finished piece.
Start with the job the video needs to do
Tell me who needs to watch, what they need to understand and what you want them to do next. Bring a rough idea, a reference or a problem you need to solve. You do not need to arrive with a finished script.
Define the production before the shoot
We discuss the concept, locations, interviews, schedule, budget and intended uses. The scope establishes deliverables and review expectations, including any shorter edits, original music, aerial footage or AI-assisted visuals being considered.
Build a film that holds together
The edit brings the material into focus. Interview choices, sound, color, music and pacing all affect how the story lands. My responsibility is to make those choices serve the purpose we agreed on.
Planning your video project
What kinds of clients can work with Roosevelt Road?
Businesses, artists, nonprofits and organizations with a story, service or project to communicate. My work includes commercial films, interviews, documentaries, music videos and western subjects. Describe the assignment and I can assess the production it needs.
Can one shoot produce more than one video?
Yes, when it is planned that way. A main film and shorter versions can be scoped together. We need to consider framing, sound and the intended platforms before shooting so the additional edits have the material they need.
Can you work with footage we already have?
Existing footage can be part of a project. I’ll need to review its quality, audio, permissions and coverage before recommending an approach. Sometimes editing gives the material a clear direction; sometimes a few new shots or an interview supply what is missing.
What does video production cost?
The scope determines the quote. Filming time, travel, interviews, editing, music and the number of finished versions all affect the work involved. Send your objective, location, target date and budget range so we can discuss a realistic production.
Do you travel outside Amarillo?
Yes. Roosevelt Road is based in Amarillo and serves the Texas Panhandle, with travel projects considered beyond the region. Location, schedule and travel costs are part of the project discussion.
